Blackstone Block Architects was retained by the City of Boston Public Facilities Department to renovate the existing 114,120 square feet public school, which contains both the Boston Arts Academy and Fenway High School.
Renovations included extensive masonry restoration, complete exterior window and steel lintel replacements, reconfigurations of the administration and classroom areas, interior trim and ceiling repairs, as well as modifications to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
