Ayer Schools

At the High & Middle Schools, Blackstone Block Architects developed an innovative design solution to achieve full access to all areas of both schools.  A key element to the design was a new 3 story addition, strategically positioned which allowed access to the various floor levels between the buildings.

Renovations also included exterior, interior, masonry, and roof repairs, as well as mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades.

As part of the same project, BSBA designed interior renovations at the Page/Hilltop Elementary School which included stair and stage reconfigurations, bathroom improvements, window and roof replacements, and masonry restoration.
